How to import multiple package from the MSDB to the file system ?

Hi,

I connect myself to an Integration Services instance in SQL Server Management Studio. I browse to MSDB and see my packages. I would like to import multiple packages to my file system.

How to import multiple package from the MSDB to the file system ?
