How to import .MSF files

I guess my question should be can you import .MSF files into outlook or anyother email client? I have try outlook express netscape etc. They all see the files but can't open them. And i can't export these folders either any ideas?

Are MSF files those created by WinBackup?

If it is only a one-time process, I see there is a trial version available. Perhaps you can "un-winbackup"?
