How to Import Excel Data into Access Table???

This one is probably easy, but i'm not finding the answer on my own. I have data in an excel spreadsheet that is formatted exactly the same as my access table. Is there an easy way to import all of the data in one shot?

Have a look at the menu File -> External data -> Import
