How to import Crystal Report

I am new to Symposium. I have taken the im_agt21.rpt report (Skillset by Agent Performance) out of the server. I have modified it to display some extra columns already available from its default view (iAgentBySkillsetStat).

I have replaced the original im_agt21.rpt report with my modified version on the server and it runs fine. But replacing the original im_agt21.rpt is not what we want to do. What I really need to do is keep the original and ADD my modified version as a separate report.

I have tried
1) Import it using the ReportWizard-->Import, but then it will not allow me to run it for daily, weekly, monthly. and it hungs. So that is not good.
2) When I tried to us ReportWizard-->Open existing--> use my new version. It Loads perfectly fine on the wizard. When I click on the import icon to create ADD my report. I get a message @system_version is missing, I have ignored that and put all the settings in and it imports OK, but when I want to run it, it just hangs.
Pls note I am using the same rpt on try 1 and 2 as the one I used to replace the original im_agt21.rpt with, and that works perfectly when symposium thinks is running it's own version.

Any Ideas on what's going on and what I can do differently to get this customized report ADDED in symposium?

Hi,
Indeed does importing via ‘Report’, ‘Import’ not show the data range and also filtering is more difficult.

Via ‘Report Creation Wizard’ and clicking the ‘Import button’ (4th icon on the left) the ‘Data Range' can be set via choosing the 'Interval Modes'.

You can first create a new report group and import your report there.
