Hello, can someone halp with this theme as in subject?

It is also possible to import one file to all of phones in company?

Regards, jhk

I'd have to dig into it. Are they H323 or SIP? SIP phones contacts are on SM in the PPM data. H323 can do a backup/restore procedure via HTTP. Look at the BRURI parameter in the settings file. There's lots of documentation on how to get a tomcat or IIS to let the phones push/pull the data when they logout/login.

Figure out the syntax and if the file is like extn1234.backup and has the construct for the contacts in there, I'd reckon having a text file per phone with the contacts in there and using the BRURI stuff would make them all pull it
