Step 1: Create new user within Supervisor.
Step 2: Send WEBI documents to new users.
Step 3: Create new user in new environment.
Step 4: Copy over from old environment, content from
new user folder to new environment.
Step 5: Validate reports run in new environment.
Step 6: Publish reports to new folders.
Not as complicated as it sounds...
