How to import a "PST" file into Outlook using macro?

Has anyone imported a "PST" file into Outlook programatically (using VBA)?

The usual way is to do the following in Outlook:
File->Open->Outlook data file... And then an open file dialog box will appear for you to choose a ".pst" file.

So, can we achieve the above task programatically?
