How to import a DTS file on a differnt server

How can you get a DTS file moved from one server to another?
I save it as a dts file on the old server but
I do not see a way toimport one on the new server.

2 ways
1 open package on old server, package save as, select sql server and change the ip or sql server name

2 save it as a structured storage file, move it over to the new server, right click on the data transformation folder (not on local packages but above it) and select open package
