How to Implement p2ssql.dll driver

Downloaded the p2ssql.dll driver and the instructions say to copy the file into the system directory. I copied the file to the winnt\system32 directory. I then tried to create a new report utilizing the new driver, however, the driver doesn't appear as an option under the ODBC Administrator, System DSN window.

How do I activate(register)this driver so it will appear in the System DSN window and I can use it for connectivity in new reports?
