thank u very much for your immediate response and i would like to have a advise from you that Iam trying to trace a call between two stations being connected in mat programme.. please help me the command to use for this...
This hasn't been in the manuals since the SDS but the command still works. Unfortunately my copy of the manual is buried somewhere in the garage and there isn't a soft copy available so I will have a search over the weekend and get back to you. Or at the least I can get back to you on monday from work. Sorry for the delay.
Do you have a call accounting package (3rd party) setup off of your IPS? If so, see if it captures stations to station calls and you can run a report for those stations and see when they spoke last.

With the call in progress, go to the MOC mode within the MAtWorX program. Use CMD E8>F+extension number, or D+trunk number. This is a one shot DCON command. If an error results, then the station or trunk is idle. To use it again, you need to press F3 then type in another extension or trunk number.
we are using isp 2000 and having only one junction line for ISTD facility among eight junction lines... When the station is called for the operator for international call.. how to get selection the direct junction line(which is having direct international facility) when the station is on hold... pl advise
Then post back with some information. I don't know where in the world you are so I don't know what you dial for an outside line. Here in OZ its 0 in the UK and America its 9. Whatever you use we will need to know what that is set to in Cmd 200 so cmd 200 de (access code) de ?
Do you know the route number for the ISTD line and is it in a route on it's own? You can find the route number in Cmd 3000 (assuming you know the trunk number) If you are struggling to get the trunk number, simply dial an international number and when you get connected, do a trace on the extension you dialled out from. If it is not in a route on it's own you will have to create a route for it so you can get ready by checking all the Cmd 35xx entries for the route it's currently in and programme a new route with the same settings ready for this line to go into.
I'll leave it at that for now. Get back to us with the information when you can.
