Apparently I have a failed disk and I have the details cXtXdXsX and/or pci@1f,4000/SUNW,qlc@4/fp@0,0/ssd@w21000004cf78b53b,0 but there are no indicator lights on the physical devices - How do I identify which physical disk to swap out?

Is the disk internal or in a disk array of some kind? What is the actual cntndn device? Annihilannic.

There are 2 mirrored storEDGE A5200 on fibre and 2 mirrored UltraSCSI 6 bay storage units (PN 599-2314-01 if any help)

Target 42 implies that it must be one of the A5x00 disks because that many targets wouldn't be required for your multipacks.

Usually when an A5x00 disk goes one of the disks flashes on the LCD display?

Are you familiar with the luxadm command?

In short, if you do a luxadm probe it should list the names of your A5x00 enclosures. Then do a luxadm display enclosurename and the failed disk should stick out like a sore thumb. The display will show you whether it's in the front or rear of the enclosure and which slot it's in. Annihilannic.

That'll be the one with "SCSI Error" next to it. Most helpful - Thanks
