Hi,

I have two call managers installed. ( Publisher and Suscribner 4.1 ). I forgot which is the publisher and subscriber. How do I identify it?

Thanks,

Kariapper.

guess you didnt use the "description field"
??

if you did you could just go to SYSTEM>SERVER and see which is which

or SYSTEM>CISCO CALLMANAGER

or SYSTEM>CISCO CALLMANAGER GROUP

No. I didn't write the descrption. If there is no description is there any way to find out?

There is a way to find out without the Description field. Actually, there's a few ways to find out, but this way will definitively tell you which one is the publisher: Go to SQL Enterprise Manager on either server, and expand your SQL server group. You should have one or two servers listed; either way, start with the first server in the list. Expand (click the + sign) next to the server, then expand Databases. Look for a folder called Pull Subscriptions; if it exists, it's the subscriber CCM. If it doesn't exist (and something called Replication Monitor exists), then it's the publisher.

Hope this helps.
