How to hop on certain trunk of the trunk group

I would like to test range of trunks of my trunk group number 2 with TAC 802. Is there a way to select certain trunk of the trunk group using phone set. I know that I can dial 802 and I'm on the trunk group number 2 but how to select trunk number?

You install a verify button on your phone. Then enter the TAC and the member number ie. 80202

You could also setup a "Facility Access trunk test" to dial out a specific trunk member.

Setup the Feature Access Code (change feature access code - usually on page 2)
Enable the COR of the trunk for facility access trunk test (change cor xx ) and the Cor of the station you are using...

dial the FAC, then for the letter "a" use 1, "b" use 2 etc...

So trying dial dial out port 02a1101 of trunk xx you would dial *xx (fac code)then 0211101, you'd get dial tone, then dial the number you wish to dial... (no 9 for an outside line as you are already on an outside line)

Facility Access trunk test option works perfectly. Thank you all for your help.

I'm assuming this does not work on a PRI. I tried it and traced my extension with the following result: denial event 1455: FarEnd TstLn nbr qry fail D1=0x5c D2=0x23df. It did work on a POTS line.

It will not work for PRI, just copper trunks.

You are correct mikeydidit, though it does work on T1 super trunks....no d channel...
