How to hook up SATA drive with CD Drive?

I am hooking up a new computer with an ASUS motherboard. There is a separate RAID connector for it (neither primary nor secondary).

After I connect this, how should my CD Drive IDE be connected: as Primary Master?

in fact, any of the 4 free IDE slots will work.
