Piece of cake - If using cog8 then Analysis Studio may be an option (and assuming you have dimensional model defined and published?) fire AS up and use the built in zero-suppression options from either 13th icon or menu Settings-->Suppress -->'Total is Null or Zero' and 'Apply to Rows Only'.
Prototype and finalize the look and feel then export to Report Studio. This is a File menu option from AS if you have the tool and author permissions.
Run it in RS. Still zero suppressed. Look at the query subject wizardry!
Pretty difficult to maintain custom changes using this approach directly in Report Studio however...lots of objects
