how to hide/remove document map

I have a matrix report and would like to hide or remove the document map when the report is rendered. How to do it?

Per Hitchhiker's Guide...Reporting Services, There should be a button to show or hide the document map followed by VCR style buttons to navigate the report.

Do you see it there?

It kinda looks like a box with a solid bar across the top, a narrow left column with dots and a wider right column with lines.
