How to HIDE Outlook system folders from folder list. A user has 4 different mailboxes in her Folders List. She wants to see all items in her default folder as ususal. But, for the other three mailboxes, she only wants to see the Inbox. She doesn't want to see Outbox or Sent Items, etc. Is there a registry key or other method I can try to HIDE unwanted Outlook system folders? Using Outlook 2003 on a Windows XP SP3 machine.

I tried the ModuleVisible registry key but that only removes the icon from the bottom of the folders list, like the Journal icon that's never visible down there. But, it doesn't do anythign to the folders list.

You may have to look somewhere such as this site:

For that sort of help. I'm afraid that if it's possible, it'll have to be done via code, or as you already mentioned, a registry edit. You could try searching for "Outlook Registry" to see what sort of options are available.
