How to hide an email address in the TO field

Is there a way too hide an email address in the to field.

For example I email 10 people, but when then get the message I want it to look like I only emailed them.
I don't want it to be a CC or a Blind CC.

In what other way do you expect to achieve this? When the whole function of BCC is to hide the names.
