I've created a user ID ( _adminsupspec ) to be used as a template. All the required groups are included in the ID. The ID has been disabled and the managed by field is clear. I've set the ID to be hidden from exchange address lists.
So far the disabled account is still viewable in the ADC-mylist address list. The ADC-mylist group properties are: Group scope - Universal, Group Type - Security and it does have an email address.
so, when I go to outlook, select the distribution list (ADC-mylist) the ID _adminsupspec) is still listed there. I changed ADC-mylist to prevent display of its members and that works. I suspect some managers may not be happy with that.
bottom line, how do I get _adminsupspec to NOT appear in ADC-mylist?
