Can anyone tell me how to separate PC's on a network using two routers? I want them to have Internet access, but not be able to access each other at all.
I have one static ip assigned by isp. (maybe that's the answer: get a second static ip; didn't want that expense though) I have 1st router connected to cable modem via its wan port. Then a switch connected to this 1st router via one of its lan ports. I have a 2nd router connected to switch. All PC's have internet access. That's not a problem.
The PC's configured with 1st router's gateway can't "see" the PC's configured with 2nd router's gateway, but the PC's on the 2nd router's gateway can see the PC's on the 1st.
Any suggestions please?
