How to have multiple Webmasters?

Is there a recommended or best way to have multiple webmasters using FrontPage?

The original webmaster keeps a complete copy of the website on her machine's hard disk and uses the usual FrontPage Publish method to make changes on the host server. She wants to allow another person (or persons) to act as webmaster also, from a different location.

Keeping a copy of the site (and keeping it synchronized) on the other webmasters' machines does not appear practical or desirable.

Does anyone have any experience with this?
