I having an issue with Crystal web comonents v8.0 where Crytsal is not passing the date parameter to sql. When you look at "SHOW SQL QUERY" the date parameter show "?" instead of a value. I have some sample sql store procedure scripts to try, however, I'm not sure how to have Crystal use or call the stored procedure.

Can someone please explain or illustrate what I have to do to use the stored proc in Crystal.

Many Thanks,

Andrew

When you're in the data explorer, select options and enable stored procedures.

How you construct a Stored Procedure is database dependent, Oracle being the more complicated to get to work within Crystal.

Make sure that you use connectivity which supports SP's too. Again, database dependent.

Can you please post your record selection criteria? Based on your post, it seems like this is actually the issue. You should troubleshoot further before you attempt something more complex.
