How to have a Customer Class default to an invoice format?

Does anyone know a way or a tool to have a given customer Class ID default to a given invoice format? (VB would be OK, but please go easy on us...)

VBA would be pretty easy. The customer has to atleast own the customization site enabler or whatever they're calling it now I believe. Licensing is not my thing though so you'd need to verify.
