how to hard code tn/extension etc. info into a 1120 phone

Hi,

Can someone outline the steps I should take to do this?

I know how to program it so the phone just gets the all the information from the server once you enter a TN in.

How do I make it stick to the phone?

It should "stick" to the phone until changed. If you want to stop somebody from changing the Node/TN on powerup, then configure an "Installer Password". Details are in the IP Line Fundamentals NTP.
