how to gzip files in dir except last accessed

I have a problem, I need to gzip files in directory and then move them to another dir. Only problem is that last accessed file must be untouched (oracle). It comes abt. 10 files to dir every hour and that`s why I can`t use -ctime parameter (find), is there some kind of -mmin parameter like in Linux?
