How to go to record containing certain value when table opens?

I have a EMP field that should contain a "Yes" or "No" value. Upon a click_event, I want the table to open and my cursor to go to the EMP field of the first record that contains a "Yes" value. I want my view to be the whole table though, not a query. So all records above my cursor should have "No" values.
