how to give the receptionist a mailbox and gen mailbox??

Just give her one, make sure forward on bz,is not on her phone, make sure her no answer rings are higher than aa if you are using it, Set up generals box. Not sure of what you are using but it will work.

If she wants to share the general Delivery then change the name of the general delivery to hers.

Or create a Phantom and use * as the ext number.....you set off prem internal to notify her if she gets a message.

You might even be able to assign her an answer DN key if you have a spare port on the system and have the mailbox associated with it.
