how to give access-list a name

I want to config a access-list with a name,so it's easy to
remind me the use of the access-list.what shall I do to config a named access-list?

You can use the remark parameter to insert a description of the access-list purpose.
Example:
Router(config)#access-list 101 remark <description of what access-list does>
