I have a field defined in a form that is a combo box. The combo box has three fields. The combo box is bound to field 1. However, I would like to do some processing base on the other fields (fields 2 and fields 3). Is there anyway that I can retrieve those fields (values from field 2 and field3) within access when the combo box is selected.

Your guidance is really appreciated.

Luis

How are ya 101287 . . .

Use the [blue]column index[/blue] of the control. Example:
Code:
[blue] Me!TextboxName = ComboboxName.Column(column,row)[/blue]
Note: column/row indices start at zero.

Thank you but how do I know the row selected in the combo box. If I can determine the row selected in the combox box then I should be able to use your suggestion.

Please advise.
