How To Get User Account Information

Hello guys,

Here is a good one.

I wanna get users infromation from my server such as Password Expiration Date, Password Last Changed Date.

This is in order to send a Pop up message to that user based on the password expiration date and Password Last Changed Date.

I will aprecciate yor answers,

What OS is your server running? Is this a Local or Domain user account?
