how to get updated remote folder contents (dir \\) ?

HI,
how to get updated remote folder contents (dir \\) ?
I delete contents of remote folder \\sfdsf\ppsrv.
Then do "dir \\sfdsf\ppsrv" from a local Windows 7 station.
"dir" command will keep showing me the old contents of the folder for another 10 seconds, only then will refresh.
Anything I can do to display the real contents, not the cached one ?
