How to get time of disk formated or partition created? 2

Hi,
I need to know when I have bought a notebook. I know I have formatted disk myself and partition created and Windows installed.

Is there any way I can get info when I bought a notebook? Like time of disk formatting, partitions created, Windows installed?

My system: Windows XP sp3.

Hi,
Try right-clicking the Windows folder in Explorer and look at the Created Date..That should be pretty close.

at a CMD prompt (DOS BOX) type the following:

systeminfo|find /i "install date"

this will work for the english version of Windows, for foreign language based Windows, just use the sysinfo command and scroll up...
