hi Guys,

I am having difficulties in showing the quantity on hand field in peachtree. I have been told that there is a default formula in the formula editor peachtree function but i do not know how to make it work. Is there any other option on how to get the quantity on hand field in peacthree? If yes, is it a formula?
what formula should i use?

Thanks!

Huh? Are you talking about Crystal Reports? You need to provide abit more information.

Where are you having this problem. This is a field Peachtree maintains so you shouldn't need a formula.

Quantity on hand is a function provided by Peachtree so you can print the current quantity on hand at the end of the current accounting period.

The function is located under Additional Functions and then select Peach. The Peach function you need in order to display the qty on hand is GetPeachQtyOnHandv2().
