Hi! I wonder if someone know how to get the livelink icon associated to folder/documents with LAPI (Java)? Actually, I get the mime/type and I create my own icon accordingly.

Regards.

It is part of the livelinksupport directory .It is just a virtual directory on a server .I don't know if you need lapi to get to it,or whether you can access it.Usually the support directory is open and not subject to any livelink permissions but can differ if you have dirsvcs involved.
Code:
For the pdf icon

[URL unfurl="true"]http://<your[/URL] URL>/Livelinksupport/webdoc/apppdf.gif

Well, if I called the wrong number, why did you answer the phone?

if you have the MIME type, then you can do a lookup in <opentext>\config\mime.gifs and that will give you the name of the icon in the <opentext>\support\ directory.
