How to get the callpilot softkeys on i2004 and i2007 ip phones?

We have mostly 3904's but have started using i2004 and i2007 were necessary. Users have noticed the absence of the callpilot softkey menus when navigating the callpilot menus i.e. delete, skip, next, etc. Is it possible to enable this? Thanks

I believe this would be firmware.

Need more details switch type release. Phones are they phase 2?
