How to get the address in SMTP form from MS exchange server using CDO?

Hi,

Using CDO i am able to get the address from the global address List
But the address is of EX address type. Like this

/o=<organization>/ou=<domain>/cn=recipients/cn=ajay_kumar

but i want it SMTP address type
like

name@domain.com
