How to get sound in my flash videos?

After editing a video on Final Cut Pro and exporting it to a .mov, I converted it to .FLV using Flash 8 Video encoder - uploaded it to the web, but it has no sound.

I then tried directly exporting the video into .flv from final cut pro - that uploaded .flv to the web also had no sound.

Weird.

How can I fix this?

Can you hear the sound locally?
Can you hear the sound on Safari/Firefox?
Can you hear the sound on PC?
