How to get the Brocade Serial Number on Brocade 2 GB
SAN Switches?

Thank you. I was trying "bsn" , but this number doesn´t make sense for our vendor (HP).

SSN gave me the output that I need.

Well,

Now I have two new SAN Switches with version:

Kernel: 2.4.19
Fabric OS: v4.2.0b

So "bsn" and "ssn" doesn´t work anymore (cool!). The command "chassisshow" doesn´t give the serial that I need , the "vendor" serial , I mean...

Any suggestions??

and "switchshow" gives you the info? I don't remember it. you could try it anyway.
