How to get security filter using user object using sdk--very urgent--

Hello all,

I am using sdk to list no of filters for each user.
The method i chose was get IDSSUserAccount from IDSSUser object and get IDSSUserSecurityFilters from IDSSUserAccount.

Object IDSSUserSecurityFilters has collection of filters.

When i use in VB to get count for collection, i am getting
run time error 445.

Could you please help me.

Are you sure that this user has a security filter?
Are you sure you are processing a user (as opposed to a user group)?
Did you create the security filter (with some custom code) or was it created by a MicroStrategy application?
