Hi again,
I am using this =VLOOKUP(A3,mydata,4,$A$1) and because there is nothing in the cell it's lookin g for right now, it returns me the "Value not available error" #N/A
Is there an "IF" I can put in the formula to prevent this or another workaround or something!! It just looks messy.
Thanks in advance,
Carl

Try

=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(A3,mydata,4,$A$1),0,VLOOKUP(A3,mydata,4,$A$1))

A.C.
