How to get "system" finger cursor instead of Flash's?

Hello all,

As the subject implies, I'd like to know how I can have the finger cursor that appears over buttons in my Flash movies be the same finger cursor that is used outside of Flash in other app.s, instead of the "Flash finger". I've seen it done on many flash sites I've been to, and am hoping it's an easy thing to implement for a beginner like me. IMO the built in flash finger cursor is either due for an update, or should be the system finger cursor by default.

You can also hide the cursor and use your own MovieClip as the cursor if you want.
