Hello All,

We have 412 and 403 (403 on remote location). Voicemail PRO is with 412 on same subnet. 403 is connected to 412 using private line that runs between remote and main office. It is VOIP connection and it is 729. There are couple of hunt groups on 412 and some have Queue enabled. Each queue has first and second anouncment which will tell users that all of the representatives are bussy and they are in position 1 or what ever and then second estimated time. This works great for 412 hunts but not for ones at 403. It does not play the meesages but i can see the calls getting in the queue. Voicemail works fine. Any ideas? I have tried almost any possible thing and it is not working. we upgraded to 2.1 and still no go. Please help as we need this running for remote 403.

to recap:
version is 2.1 on both
412 and voice pro on subnet 1
403 on subnet 2
private full T1 line between running VOIP 729
VOIP line12 is used for 412 and 403 to talk(lines menu in swithces)
routers are running QOS

Best regards, George

Call Quing does not work for remote sites with centralised VM.

You only option is for a local VM at site B
depending on the Q msg requirements VM lite may suffice
