I've recently setup vlans on my network, 1 vlan (vlan 0) is my HQ office with a Pro2040 and the other 2 vlans (Vlan 1) and (Vlan 2) are just in my Branch office connected by P2P fiber.
Vlan 1 carries all data traffic while Vlan 2 is just for VOIP.
Since i've converted my network to Vlans from the P2P T1 we had setup wtih 2 routers i lost the ability to establish remote assistance sessiosn with my users in the Branch office, I also can't ping them.
I've tried, and failed, to route ICMP packets between the 2 Vlans. (Vlan 0 and Vlan 1).
I don't want to fill my P2P line with unnecessary broadcast traffic but do need to be able to access these systems via remote assistance (Not remote desktop) to help users when they are in need.
All the users conect to the Domain Controller in my HQ office fine, and everything else works great, just can't use remote assistance when users need it and cant' ping.
Thanks for any help.
