Hi-

I'm sure somebody here has done this before. We're a start-up company but we get tired of changing our IP adds each time we replace our Internet provider.

Any ideas where to start? We're also thinking of getting our own ASN from ARIN.

Thanks.

Hello
I am in Europe so I don't know the correct authority for the USA.Could be ARIN the same the deals with the ASN.You can rent/buy a block directly from them. But in the end you will still have to work with the new ISP to advertise your block. They could be charges involve, because of the provisioning.
Regards
