I've seen this done, so I know it's possible, but how do you do it? Five appearances of one line on one set, like this:

Button 10: Line123, 5551234
Button 11: Line123, 5551234
Button 12: Line123, 5551234
Button 13: Line123, 5551234
Button 14: Line123, 5551234
Button 15: Line124, 5551235
Button 16: Line125, 5551236

These are target lines in a PRI/DID environment on an MICS.

Thanks,

John Kelly

That's how you get one appearance on the set. How do you get four more of the same line on the same set?

You are incorrect.
I suggest you call a qualified vendor.

John,
This really is a simple set up.
Are you familiar with Norstar?
Or better yet, is there a reason why you wouldn't have your vendor come do this for you?

When you assign a target line to any extention, you can assign how many appearances you want of that target line.

The system will default the number of appearances to 1 unless you use the change button to increase the number.

In order to move these lines to the non default buttons after updating the ksu programming, you can use F*81.

terminals & Sets->line access->line assignment->show line(the next step only shows up if the line has been set)->appearances.

this was on a MICS 4.1

If voting could really change things, it would be illegal.

I agree with galfaro. This would be 15 mins for a qualified vendor..
