How to get list of access rights for all subdirectories under a share?

Hi All,

I've got an old NT filserver, and am currently planning to move all the files and directories under a share onto a NAS server, as it is, the rights are a real mess, and I want to sort them out into groups, but need a list of the folders, and rights to them, how do you go about getting this info?
Is there some software I can download to do this for me?

(I know, I keep plugging sysinternals, but they have some great stuff...)
