how to get JPG always same size on a form

Hi!
On my app I want to have a photo of persons on my form.
(Contacts showing their face when skipping through records).
When I use the normal picture control it happens that, depending on size of phote the picture will grow or shrink on the form.
Is there a way to keep aleays same size with as a result that the photo will be displayed resized to match the picture control?

Bart,

This is simply a matter of setting the image control's Stretch property to either 1 or 2 (depending on whether or not you want to maintain the aspect ratio).

Thanks; I walked through the image-properties but this one did not made sense to me!
As quit often.... just such a simple solution.
