Hello,

I have just installed gimp on my PC win2000. I try to download help and documentations that I can access even if I am not on the internet. So far I only saw help in html format that can not save everything, but just the Table of contents. Where can I find help like PDF and other format for Gimp?

Thank You,

XOO

I have 2 PDF manuals (for older versions) which I got fromm the GIMP site a while ago, but I can't find them there any more. So I've put them online, and you can find them at and . Of course, there are also several printed books available; some are listed at .

Here is an alternative suggestion:

Go to the latest manual page, then using a program such as WinHTTrack ( you can spider the site from the Table of Contents.

WinHTTrack will create a local copy of the manual and convert the links to relative links so you can view the manual offline at any time.
