When you call CP mailbox from an exteral fax machine HANDSET (manually) or a telephone, the mbox use to answer with...if you want to leave a fax press 1 or send ( dont remember which). Im not sure if the recent PEPs SU01/11C/12/18 on the tower 4.0 put a stop to this, but now I can't get it to work this way. Also cust states that calling the CDN direct would give fax tone. I don't know how it worked before. Any Ideas.
