How to get Excel onto a web page ?

Hello. What I am looking to accomplish is pretty simple. I have an excel spreadsheet which basically consists of a series of 'input' and 'output' cells. I want one of the pages on my website to have similar functionality so that the user can enter their own specific inputs into certain cells and then show the output based on their entered data. I have played around with "save as" web page in Excel although I am able to delete data which I do NOT want. What is the best way to do this ? Any suggestions ?

use a database, or javascripting, dependant on if they need to save the results
